The Swell Dwell in West Yorkshire is a 1950s detached house owned by Mark & Lauren originally bought in 2017 before embarking on a pretty drastic home renovation journey in 2018. Although it started with a home renovation, they ended up keeping only an exterior wall of the original 1950’s property, making the process much more like building a new one.
