products on the market, however in the unlikely event that you do have an
issue with your product, please let us know

Upon receiving your order confirmation email, you will have up to 24 hours
to cancel your order. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full
refund for your order. If you wish to cancel your order after this time, then
you will be subject to our refund policy, as your order will have already
been processed and is likely to be on its way to you.
When you receive your delivery, it is
important you check the package and if
there are any signs of immediate damage
or items missing, please firstly notify your
delivery driver so a note can be made on
your paper work. Take photos as they are
always helpful too.

We will only issue a refund to you once we have inspected the goods and accept that the goods have been returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your items.
It should be noted that we are unable to accept items as being faulty if they have been
tampered with or used in a way that is against the manufacturer’s advice or ours.

All unopened products can be returned if they’re in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals, label

Once we have received the returned goods, you will receive a confirmation email. After inspection, we will start to refund process which will be processed within 14 days.
If the products are opened and are not in a resealable condition, it cannot be returned.
Upon arrival: If your delivery is damaged, accept it and clearly sign the paperwork as “damaged.” Take pictures of the damage and identify how many planks are unusable.
Stop installation immediately. Do not attempt to install damaged flooring. Contact us immediately, call us or email returns@flooringsurgeons.co.uk.
We’ll guide you through the refund or replacement process for the damaged planks.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, you will need to go through the returns process.
